Chai Masala Black Tea - Delicious gently spiced black tea. Brew in freshly boiled water for 3-5 minutes, or infuse in hot milk to create a traditional Chai tea or a Chai latte.
Ingredients: Black tea, cardamom pods, cinnamon, ginger, aroma, cloves, and red peppercorns. May contain traces of nuts.

Pour a large cup of milk into a small saucepan and place on the hob. Add 3-4 heaped teaspoons of Chai tea to taste. Heat the milk to a simmering point and allow the tea to infuse the milk. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, or up to 20 minutes for a stronger infusion. Strain the mixture through a tea strainer / infuser into a mug or latte glass. Discard the tea leaves. Whisk the infused milk to create a froth on top. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and add sugar if desired. Enjoy! The perfect warming and comforting drink for a cold, wet day!
