Hibiscus Tea - Herbal Infusion - Hibiscus is very popular in Egypt and other countries in the Middle East. It makes a refreshing tea-like drink. Hibiscus herbal infusion is made from the magenta coloured calyces of the Hibiscus flower. Hibiscus herbal infusion is high in vitamin C and has a tart, fruity, cranberry-like flavour. It can be consumed hot or cold as a refreshing cold brew tea served over ice. Sugar or honey can be added to sweeten if desired.
