Do we serve Afternoon Tea?

Yes. Why not visit our Carmarthen tea shop and treat yourself to our Traditional Afternoon Tea, served daily from 12 noon until 3pm. Contact us on 01267 237101 to reserve a table, or just call in & select Afternoon Tea from our Menu. Vegetarian, Gluten Free, and Vegan options available. Do we sell Gift Vouchers?

Yes, We sell GIFT VOUCHERS that can be used to purchase items within our physical tea shop in Carmarthen. We also sell e Gift-Cards which can be used to purchase items on our website / online store. Both are available to purchase via our online store.

UK Delivery is free on all orders over £45.00

Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return & refund.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Contact us at enquiries@teatraders.co.uk and provide us with your order number, and your reason for the return. We will contact you to confirm next steps, which will normally include returning the items to us. Returned items should be sent to: Returns, Tea Traders Ltd, 15 Guildhall Square, Carmarthen, SA31 1PR.

Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless we have delivered the item to you by mistake. Goods can be returned by post, or in person.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept return or refund of perishable products where foodstuffs have been opened unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items listed in the sale shop.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
We do not normally deliver outside the UK. However if we we agree to deliver an item to the European Union outside the UK, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
