The marginal climate presents particular challenges for growing tea commercially in Wales, however these conditions put the plant under stress and this contributes to the complexity of the subtle flavour profiles within each leaf.

Peterston Tea has succeeded in producing a premium black tea that not only proves it is possible to grow award winning tea in Wales, but that the results of that challenge are truly remarkable. 

Please note that due to the climatic challenges in Wales this tea is harvested and processed seasonally in small batches from Late Spring to Late Summer.

Important: The fine character and subtle flavour mean this tea is best enjoyed without milk.
