Accessibility
Our store is wheelchair accessible and we will always do our best to accommodate visitors with additional needs. Please contact us direct if you have any specific enquiries.
Toilets
We have one mixed use customer toilet which is located downstairs in our basement. The stairs are steep but straight and well lit. There is a handrail and the steps have yellow visibility strips
Baby Change Facilities
We have a fold down baby change table in the mixed use toilet
Dogs
We will always do our best to accommodate support dogs in-store. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate other dogs inside the store however your dogs are welcome to join you at our outside seating area when the weather allows.
Seating Options
Our indoor seating area is normally set up to accommodate groups of 2 - 4 people. In addition we have comfortable outside seating on Guildhall Square when the weather allows. If you would like to bring a larger group please we will always try to accommodate you where possible but advanced booking is advisable.
Parking
Guildhall Square is semi-pedestrianised but is accessible by taxi. The nearest car park is a few minutes away on Blue Street.
