Dongding Oolong
A distinctive, lightly oxidised, 'rolled leaf' Oolong tea highly prized for its deliciously sweet, complex flavour profiles. Suitable for multiple infusions and brewing using the Gong Fu brewing method, or Western style in a teapot.
The tea is produced from tea gardens around DongDing mountain at high altitude in Nantou County in the central mountain belt of Taiwan.
