A top grade of this lesser-known lightly baked Oolong tea from China. This semi-oxidised (50%) Se Chung tea has attractive leaves, which are highly aromatic and have a deliciously light nutty taste. The leaves have a complex, somewhat herbaceous flavour and can be re-infused. If you are yet to try baked Oolongs then we recommend giving this delicious tea a try.
