Dong Ding Oolong Tea
Dong Ding Oolong Tea is a distinctive, lightly oxidised, 'rolled leaf' Oolong that is highly prized for its deliciously sweet & complex flavour profiles with floral notes, creamy texture and a long, sweet aftertaste. The tea is high in anti-oxidants.
Suitable for multiple infusions and brewing using the Gong Fu brewing method, or Western style in a teapot.
The tea is produced from tea gardens around Dong Ding mountain at high altitude in Nantou County in the central mountain belt of Taiwan.
