Jasmine Dragon Pearls Tea
Jasmine Dragon Pearls Tea is regarded as one of the world's finest scented teas. This famous top-quality scented White Tea from Fujian province in China is richly infused with aromatic Jasmine. Each 'tea-pearl' is created from a fine picking of pekoe leaves (two leaves and a bud), that are mixed with jasmine flowers and allowed to infuse. After processing the jasmine flowers are removed and the tea leaves are carefully rolled into beautiful pearls. When brewed the pearls unfurl back into whole leaves releasing an intense Jasmine aroma and flavour.
Tip: Try brewing with half the amount of tea you might normally use. Brewing in a glass teapot will allow you to enjoy the leaves unfurling. Alternatively, this delicious tea can be brewed directly in your teacup. Add 3-4 pearls of tea to a cup of hot water and enjoy watching the pearls unfurl as the tea infuses. The unfurled leaves are large enough to stay in the cup whilst you drink the tea without fear of being swallowed.
