Mao Jian - Yu Mao Feng - Green Tea - Designated as one of the Top Ten most famous teas in China. This fine quality green tea is produced from tea fields in the Dabie Mountains around Xinyang, in Henan Province. The dry leaf is twisted & wiry. The tea is renowned for its delicious sweet flavour and distinctive 'thick' pleasant mouthfeel. This comes from the abundant white hairs on the buds which are released when brewing. The yellow-green infusion is refreshingly brisk, with a long aftertaste.
