Milk Oolong tea - Milk Wulong Tea - A fairly recent innovation that originated in Taiwan in the 1980's. Milk Oolong is produced from semi-oxidised leaves that are scented with milk during processing. The infusion has a distinctive sweet taste with notes of bubblegum and candyfloss.
