Nilgiri - Frost Tea - Finest - Frost tea is produced in very limited quantities at the wonderful Tea Studio, an innovative female led tea company making exclusive artisan teas in Coonoor, Nilgiri Hills, Southern India.
We are very excited to add this speciality First Flush tea to our collection.
Produced in very limited quantities at the very start of the Spring harvest season, this tea is made from leaves and buds that are carefully harvested on cold frosty mornings during Winter, December to March.
The leaves are carefully processed & lightly oxidised to create a superb lighter style black tea that has a fresh, lively, slightly sweet flavour.
