The marginal climate presents particular challenges for growing tea commercially in Wales, however these conditions put the plant under stress and this contributes to the intensity of the flavour profiles within each leaf.

Peterston Tea has succeeded in producing a premium black tea that not only proves it is possible to grow tea in Wales, but that the results of that challenge are truly remarkable.
