Lapsang Souchong - Smokey Black Tea - A classic smoked tea from Fujian province in China that is very popular.
In the final stage of production the tea is hung in baskets over smoking pine-wood. The smoke infuses the tea and gives the tea its distinctive and intensely smokey aroma and flavour. Be warned, you'll either love or hate this tea!
