Long Jing Green Tea (Dragon Well) - Long Jing (Lung Ching) is one of China's Ten Famous Teas. It is named after Long Jing village in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, where it originates. The characteristic and distinctive long flat leaves are harvested during the Spring and pan-roasted by hand. The leaves infuse to give a yellow-green infusion with a very fresh, distinctly grassy aroma, and deliciously sweet taste.
